At Camelot Consulting our mission is to help leaders become legendary. By that, we mean helping leaders to discover their purpose, define their mission and design a life/business that helps them accomplish that mission.

Camelot clients are high achievers. However, many of them start our one-day intensive workshop unsure if that achievement is producing results that really matter. Many leaders today are seeing great success and are acquiring  a lot of wealth, realizing massive amounts of notoriety, and accomplishing many good things.

At Camelot we approach success a little differently. We ask “rich for what?”, “famous for what?”, “accomplishments for what?”. What is  troubling is that leaders cannot answer these questions. They have been striving for so long with the object of their obsession being wealth, fame or accomplishment, that they actually believe that whey then acquire these things they will be satisfied. Unfortunately, that satisfaction never comes. And they are left feeling more emptiness and longing than before they “made it.”
